Andre Green became the Addicks' first January signing arriving on a loan deal from Aston Villa.
The 21-year-old made 22 appearances for Aston Villa as they won promotion to the Premier League last season.
Having made his debut for Villa in the Premier League in 2016, Green was soon linked with a host of Premier League clubs following the Villans' relegation but chose to stay put at Villa Park.
In 2018, Green was loaned to League One Portsmouth where he would go on to score 5 goals in 12 appearances including Portsmouth's goal in their 2-1 defeat to Charlton back in December 2018.
Green returned to his parent club in January, playing his part in Aston Villa's play-off campaign which saw them return to the Premier League. During the summer, Green would again find the net against The Addicks as Villa beat Charlton 4-1 in their pre-season friendly at The Valley.
Green then joined Preston North End on loan, netting once in six appearances before being recalled and joining the Addicks as Lee Bowyer looks to add to Charlton's depth.
